Restoration, colorization and enhancements are tricky. What we think looks good, you may not like. Our prime goal is to satisfy you. We always send you a proof of the restoration before we print to fabric. If you’re not satisfied with with the restorations, colorization and/or special effects you pay nothing except shipping and postage. Here’s how we handle a special project. You send us your material with detailed instructions of what you want us to do and a credit card number.
After we’ve looked at the material we’ll call or email you with any questions and an estimate of costs. Costs are based solely on how much time it will take to create your vision. If you want us to go ahead, we’ll process your photos and either email or mail you a proof. If you are pleased, we’ll go ahead and print it on fabric, send you the final version, and charge your credit card for the estimate we agreed upon. If you want further changes we’ll work with you. If you don’t want to go any farther we will return the original material and charge you only for return shipping and handling.
