Start with white or light colored fabric. Protect the surface you're working on. If you want the colors to bleed together dampen the fabric. Wad the fabric up. Spray with the first color of Tumble Dye. Spread the fabric out. Wad it up in a different way. Spray with the second color of Tumble Dye. Spread the fabric out. Lay fake greenery, real greenery, paper cutouts, stencils, found objects, etc. on the fabric. Spray with a third color (or one of the original 2) of Tumble Dye. Let dry. Heat set in a hot dryer for 30 minutes.
